For the 2025 season, The Kanata Knights are offering youth tackle football programs in the following age categories:
U10 aged 8-9 years (born between January 1,2016 and December 31,2017)
U12 aged 10-11 years(born between January 1,2014 and December 31, 2015)
U14 aged 12-13 years (born betwen January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2013)
U16 aged 14-15 years (born between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2011)
Varsity aged 16-19 (born between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2009)

- Mosquitos U12 - 10 &11
- Peewee U14 - 12 & 13
- Banatam U16 - 14 & 15
