Cheer

The Kanata Knights Cheerleading Program is a fun way to get out, get in shape and meet new people!

Junior 8-12

Intermediate 13-16

Each squad cheers for a different level. We work on fitness, strength, flexibility, rhythm, dance, stunts and of course, cheers. We practice hard, play hard, and reinforce the Club’s values.

The Kanata Knights Cheerleaders are a vital part of our Football Club. The efforts of the ladies never go unnoticed – they make our Club the envy of NCAFA.

Cheerleading is simply a great way to get out and meet people in the community and build new friendships. Kanata Knights’ youth programs are designed around building essential life skills for the individual in a team environment – through the sport of football. Our Cheerleading Program helps to build character, self-esteem and leadership skills while promoting fitness, strength, flexibility, teamwork and coordination through dance moves.
