FINANCIAL SUPPORT

The Kanata Knights Football Club has been providing football programs since 1970, and one of our key mandates is to ensure our great sport is financially AFFORDABLE FOR ALL!

Parents are offered flexible payment options for convenience, including cash, credit card, e-transfer, and debit. We also support families who may be experiencing financial challenges by allowing payments to be made in installments, recognizing how difficult it can sometimes be to make ends meet.

In addition to the efforts of the Kanata Knights, there are two programs available for those who qualify that provide valuable opportunities to help offset a player’s registration costs. These programs include:

KIDSPORT OTTAWA

KidSport™ is a grass roots Canadian non-profit organization that provides support to under-resourced children and youth 18 years of age and under across the country by removing financial barriers that prevent them from playing organized sport.

Canadian Tire JUMPSTART

Raising funds. Lifting spirits. Supporting dreams. Jumpstart is more than just about getting kids active. It’s about giving kids from families in financial need the same chance to participate as their neighbours, their classmates and their friends. Whether its a change to try a new sport or to continue with a favourite one, no kid should be left out. Organized sport connect kids to their communities. Canadian Tire Corportation is Jumpstart’s biggest supporter as it funds all the general administraive expenses of Jumpstart, which means 100% of customer donations go directly to kids in need.
